For the marinade, you need 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 red onion, 3 cloves of garlic, and a small bunch of parsley.

How to easily prepare the Bandera Dominicana

In a bowl, put the beef cut into pieces, the grated garlic cloves, the chopped onion, the chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Add the Worcestershire sauce, mix it with your hand and let the marinade rest in the fridge for 1 hour. In the meantime, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, and add the chopped onion, cloves, tomato paste, red beans, oregano, chicken broth, and salt at the end.
